Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bab99 ("the Platform"). They apply to all use of the bab99 website, including registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and any promotions or bonuses offered by the Platform. By accessing bab99 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&C in their entirety. If you do not accept these T&C, you must not use the Platform.

bab99 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where changes are material, bab99 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details on file. 1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bab99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the Platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the bab99 Platform, you must register for an account. Registration requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as your account identifier and the primary channel for account verification and recovery. The following rules govern your account throughout its lifetime.

• You may hold only one account per mobile number. If duplicate accounts are identified, bab99 reserves the right to close the duplicate account(s), void any associated balances or winnings, and investigate for potential fraud or abuse.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential. bab99 will never ask you for your password by phone, email, or any messaging platform. Any disclosure of your credentials to a third party is at your own risk.
• You must notify bab99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. bab99 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• bab99 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bab99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. The primary payment channels for Bangladesh players are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. bab99 does not accept cash, bank wire, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not expressly listed as approved in the Platform's payment section.

• Funds deposited into your bab99 wallet may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the Platform. bab99 wallet balances carry no interest and cannot be transferred to another player's account.
• bab99 will not process a withdrawal to a payment account that is not registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused.
• bab99 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these T&C. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the transaction limits set by the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Players are responsible for ensuring their transactions comply with those provider limits. bab99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bab99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general T&C, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only and is subject to a wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. The wagering requirement will be clearly specified at the time of the offer and must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• bab99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, error, or technical fault.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to the promotion under which they were awarded. Cash winnings resulting from real-money play are not subject to a wagering requirement unless the relevant T&C expressly state otherwise.
• bab99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it is determined that a Player obtained them through fraudulent means, in breach of these T&C, or through exploitation of a technical error in the Platform.

5. Responsible Gaming

bab99 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is not a vehicle for generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these T&C and are binding on all registered players.

• Players may set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed for its stated duration. bab99 will not reinstate a self-excluded account ahead of the agreed exclusion period end date.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bab99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not available to or intended for ordinary human users. This includes automated betting systems designed to exploit mathematical edges or patterns in the Platform's games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event. Any form of match fixing, game manipulation, or coordinated betting strategy designed to guarantee a profit at the expense of the Platform is prohibited.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity. bab99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account under any identity, mobile number, device, or IP address. Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials — whether with or without that person's consent — is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or payment systems for personal financial gain. If a Player discovers an error, they are obligated to report it to bab99 support immediately. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be void.

7. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

All content on the bab99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and data — is the intellectual property of bab99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bab99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bab99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or third-party payment provider delays. bab99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Amendments and Governing Law

bab99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. The revised T&C will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, bab99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree to any revision, you must immediately stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

These T&C, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which bab99 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through bab99 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
